Month to Month Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms set out the conditions for using Month to Month (the "Service") and the rights and obligations of you, the user, and us, the operator.

Article 3 (Service features)

Logging of period start days, flow, symptoms, mood, and notes; estimated range for the next start day calculated from your logs, and how it was calculated; reminders for the estimated date; app lock; encrypted backup files; CSV export and import.
You can use the Service without an account. Your logs are stored on your device.

Article 4 (Not a medical device)

Month to Month is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Estimated dates are reference values calculated from the logs you enter and may differ from what actually happens. Do not use it for contraception or pregnancy purposes. If something feels wrong with your body, or before making any medical decision, consult a healthcare professional.

Article 5 (Limits of liability)

We are not liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or device or communications failures.
Your logs are stored only on your device. If you uninstall the app or lose your device without a backup file or a phone backup, we cannot recover them. If you forget the password of a backup file, it cannot be opened.

Article 6 (Changes to these terms)

If we change these terms, we notify you in the app at least 7 days before the changes take effect, or at least 30 days before if the changes are unfavorable to you.

Article 7 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes about the Service are settled by the court that has jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.
